Yesterday's Gone: Kiss it Good-bye!
Hopefully you've put the "woulda, coulda and shoulda's" to rest it's time to move forward and not stay stuck in your personal prisons. As I said to my congregation previously, your midnight has come and the dungeon has shook.
As you continue to catch your breath, remember that the greatest difference you can make is to never be indifferent. What difference will you make in 2009? Will you grow? Will you help others grow? Or stay stuck?
God has freed you from your past hurts, broken promises, missed opportunities, etc.- all dead weight that can only slow down if not halt your progress interely. Will you stay in the cell because it's safe or will you move into new found freedom?
Or will you be like Lot's wife so busy reliving the moments of the "good old days" that she forfeits her future? Or will you move forward into your new promise and purpose? I love what Jeremiah 29:11 says, " I know the plans, I have for you..." Not only does He know, He eagerly awaits the opportunity to reveal them to you.
I encourage you to get on with it and stopping putting off your progress and your purpose. Okay, so there was a detour in your destiny- well all make wrong turns. Now that you've got your direction(s), what are you waiting on?
Again, I encourage you to EXHALE and move forward instead of backward. Take "you" off hold. Live , dream, do You and only you (with God's help) can be all that there is.
